Here at Lil Lamp Guys we don't bury our head in the sand (or ice cream cone) when it comes to customer service. It's important to us that you have the best possible experience when buying our products. That's why we offer a 30 day return policy and full tracking on all our orders. We hope this never happens, but if there is an issue when your product arrives, we will be happy to send out a replacement at no extra cost. There's no need to return the broken product! How long does shipping take?

Once you have placed your order you will recieve a confirmation email.

We aim to ship your order out within 1-3 days of payment. Depending on where you live shipping times can vary from 3-12 business days. Please be aware that these times are estimates and may vary.

How long is the battery life?

Our lamps vary from 2 to 3 brightness levels, and their battery life ranges from 9-34 hours depending on the brightness level you use them on. All of our lamps are rechargeable and come with a USB charging cable

All our orders ship with a tracking number. Click here to track your order.

Can I Return My Order?

We offer returns within 30 days provided the product is still in good condition. Please see our full policy here. If you're product arrives faulty we will be happy to send you a replacement without you needing to return the original item.
